Alumni Transcript Information

Hall High School graduates/alumni requesting a transcript should download the form below and send it to the School Counseling Office by fax at 860-929-5127 or mail to:

There is a $3.00 processing fee per transcript, payable by cash or check to Hall High School.

Please note:  An official transcript must be sent directly from Hall to a college or institution. Personal copies that are mailed to you are unofficial.
